Gayatri Shaktipeeth, Vatika An Introduction
Late Sri Bansidhar ji took the promise at
Shantikunj on Basant Panchmi 1980 for Gayatri
Shaktipeeth at Village Vatika and after that on 8
august 1980 the foundation stone was put for
starting the construction. Mean while Param Pujya
Gurudev Pandit Sri Ram Sharma Acharya ji came and
on 23.12.1980 the pran pratishtha was done. on
those days the YUG NIRMAN SAMMELAN was also
sermonized from 21 to 24 august and pujya Gurudev
stayed here with pujya Sri Lilapat ji. On
27.03.1990 the Akhand Deepak was lightened and on
23.11.1990 the Charan Peeth "prakhar pragya" and "sajal
shraddha" was established on 23.08.1995 by pujya
Sri Dr. Pranav Pandya.
In the name of various
activities the attractive one is two days function
"Pad Yatra" (religious walking program) that is
started from tonk phatak and the end point is
Gayatri Shaktipeeth Vatika. The first Parivrajak
Sri Satyadev ji Gupta was appointed by Param Pujya
Gurudev and that onward this Shaktipeeth is
working progress day by day.
Village - Vatika An
Introduction
Vatika is small village with many of it religious
activities. It is said that in the Vatika the
Saints and Intellectual people lives always for
e.g. in the start of Century Sri Ganesh Narain Ji
and Sri Gopinath Ji was here to expand there money
as well their efforts to educate the students and
to serve the people via Ayurvedic Therapy. It is
about 200 year old Village.
To reach Vatika
It is situated 30 km far from Jaipur City in South
aside the Tonk Road and there are many city bused
from Ajmeri Gate and from Narayan Sing Circle with
30 minute difference.
